1. •  Graces (8 hour volunteers) get to shop Thursday night at 5:00p.m.

PLUS Graces will receive (1) guest pass for early shopping at 6:30p.m.


  1. •  Giggles (4 hour volunteers) get to shop Thursday night at 6:00p.m.


  1. •  It is a great way to fellowship with and meet other volunteers and

   shoppers.


  1. •  Give of your time to help raise money for Asbury Children’s Ministry  

   and mission projects.


  1. •  All ages welcome!

We are blessed to have wonderful volunteers that make each Giggles & Grace sale a success!  Since we do depend heavily on volunteers to ensure a successful sale, we ask that you read and agree to the volunteer guidelines below prior to registering:


  1. • It is the volunteer’s responsibility to contact the volunteer team via email or by phone to cancel or reschedule a volunteer shift at least 24 hours prior to the shift time.


  1. • Even if a volunteer is not able to shop the pre-sale, the volunteer is still expected to work the shift he/she has signed up for.


  1. • It is the responsibility of the volunteer to sign in at the time of their shift and sign out at the end of your shift so that the volunteer team can verify the volunteer was present.


  1. • Please be aware that if a volunteer does not cancel his/her shift and does not show up to work the shift, that volunteer will not be allowed to volunteer in future sales.
